A state-of-the-art office building
In partnership with PRODEA, we provided development services for a contemporary office on Fragoklisia Street, in the heart of the commercial hub of Maroussi. The building has been anchored by Google since completion.
With over 7,000 sqm of Grade A office space, “The Element” has been designed to enhance the end user experience and adopted a combination of innovative technologies and practices to reduce their overall environmental footprint. Comprising 2 basements and 5 floors of open plan floorplates and high-quality fittings and finishes the building received the LEED Gold certification.
